Recycled polyester is a relatively new trend in the eco fashion industry. Among the trend is recycled plastic bottles being turned into fabrics which are considered sustainable to keep from them piling in the landfills

Lenzing fibers are botanic products derived from renewable sources and processed with unique resource-conserving technologies. Each Lenzing fiber is made of cellulose. A charac- teristic of cellulose is its biodegradability. At the end of their life cycle, our fibers can re-enter the ecosystem.

We are committed to creating a quality product. Our detailed ‘Quality Specifications and Procedures’ (QSP) outline how our internal teams work closely with our QC team and facto- ries to ensure our product conforms to all testing requirements and exceeds industry stan- dards. (See exhibit 1)

We have a diverse factory base with locations in North America, Central America, and Asia. Each factory must undergo vigorous vetting process before we agree to partner with them. Our CoC guides us to ensuring that each factory remains in alignment with our objectives and goals. (See exhibit 2)

We are prepared with a thorough Product Recall Procedure (PRP) should a recall be required. (See exhibit 3)

Internal measures to analyze root causes of problems coupled with complete transparency with our partners, help to ensure that quality issues are circumvented and our relationships remain forthright. (See exhibit 4)

Our product meets all requirements of US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and is tested for: Flammability, Lead surface(90ppm), Lead Substrate (300ppm), Phthalates, Formal- dehyde, PVC & Cadmium.
